The Bosch 630cc fuel injector is the perfect combination of performance and OE durability at an affordable price point. These are sold as a flow matched sets with no more than 1.5% dynamic flow variance, and supplied with Calibrated Success injector characterization/calibration data for most common ECU’s. Supplied with the proper USCAR pin-in/ Crimp-on style electrical connectors for an OE fit and finish.

These are NEW UNMODIFIED Bosch injectors with a multi-hole orifice, for superior atomization. Don’t be fooled by other sellers with modified, single orifice 630cc Bosch injectors.

Applications:

– Nissan RB25DET S1/S2 engine using Radium top feed fuel rail pn. 20-0277 (will not work with factory RB25 side feed fuel rail)

  • 630cc/min; 453.23g/min; 60 lb/hr; 7.55 g/s @ 3 BAR (43.5psi) fuel pressure
  • Set of 6 will support roughly 500bhp on pump gas, turbocharged.
  • Dual cone V shaped spray
  • Medium body length (48mm O-ring to O-ring)
  • 9-hole nozzle
  • High Impedance
  • USCAR electrical connector
  • All known race gas, pump gas, and ethanol.

*Warranty covers replacement injector(s) only. In the event of an injector failure during the warranty period, the problematic injectors(s) will be replaced. Warranty does not cover labour or collateral damage costs. A 10 micron (or finer) fuel filter must be used in order to qualify for warranty. Failure to use a 10 micron (or finer) fuel filter may result in injector damage, which will void warranty.
