Up for auction is a set of 4 – Bosch 30lb/320cc injectors, part # 0280155831. These are the BOSCH design III injectors that everyone is talking about. With fast response times and great atomization, these truely are a great choice for your injector upgrade. These are High Impedance injectors so they DO NOT require the use of a resistor box. These injectors utilize a 14mm upper and lower o-rings common among Domestic, and European applications.

These are a common upgrade for some factory turbo/supercharged vehicles, and are also used when building an turbo or supercharged engine. At a base fuel pressure of 3bar (43.5psi) this set will support engines making up to 200bhp.

ACTUAL Flow rates:
– 30lb (320cc) @ 3bar – 43.5psi
– 33lb (345cc) @ 3.5bar – 50psi
– 36lb (380cc) @ 4bar – 58psi.

All of our injectors have undergone the following process on one of our ASNU diagnostic machines:
– Resistance and continuity checked
– Visually inspected to insure a quality platform
– Hand cleaned and degreased
– Ultrasonically cleaned and reversed flow cleaned
– Flow tested (static and dynamic) with spray pattern observed for consistency
– Drive simulation from 600-10000 RPM with spray pattern observed
– High pressure & low pressure Leak down tested
– New filter baskets, o-rings, and pintle caps installed
– Machine polished
– Re-inspected & prepped for shipping
