Up for auction is a set of 4 high performance 320cc (30lb) fuel injectors. These are genuine BOSCH injectors, modified to fit the applications listed below. These are HIGH IMPEDANCE so they DO NOT require the use of a resistor box.  These are a direct fit for the fuel rail, manifold, and electrical harness.

The injectors are intended as an upgrade in modified engines, and are not a factory replacement.

These are BOSCH design 3 injectors, known for their laser cut 4-hole discharge. They have superior fuel atomization which results in smoother idle, lower emissions, easier tuning, better throttle response, and more power.

At stock fuel pressure (43.5psi/3bar) these injectors will support engines making up to 200hp. At 58psi/4bar these injectors will support engines making up to 250hp.

All of our injectors have undergone the following process on one of our ASNU diagnostic machines:

– Resistance and continuity checked
– Visually inspected to insure a quality platform
– Hand cleaned and degreased
– Ultrasonically cleaned and reversed flow cleaned
– Flow tested (static and dynamic) with spray pattern observed for consistency
– Drive simulation from 600-10000 RPM with spray pattern observed
– High pressure & low pressure Leak down tested
– New filter baskets, o-rings, and pintle caps installed
– Re-inspected & prepped for shipping
